Dormer Bungalow Conversion - Bridge View

This single dormer bungalow had previously been converted into a small attic space that consisted of 3 bedrooms. We were asked to install 2 new large Dormer windows & reconfigure the internal upstairs layout.

By moving walls we were able to gain an extra bedroom upstairs complete with built in cupboards & far-reaching town & river views from the new dormer window.

By installing a second dormer window to the master bedroom, our client was able to maximise the space and incorporate a good-sized en suite shower room.

The exterior of the dormers & a ground floor panel were then cladded using hard-wearing Marley Cedral Weatherboard.
